In-House High Performance Energy Management Coach

The main purpose of this role is to keep leaders and their teams functioning at peak power through energy management.  This involves teaching leaders and employees how to leverage their physical, emotional, and mental energy for maximum stamina and effectiveness. 

Responsibilities of this role may include:

    • Assessing and addressing sources of energy drain and internal barriers to success that can impact emotional well-being, performance, and decision-making.

    • Developing and implementing strategies to help individuals manage stress, maintain focus, and optimize their mental and emotional energy.

    • Collaborating with leadership teams to provide insights necessary for cultivating an energized workforce strategically.

    • Conducting group and one-on-one energy management sessions to assist employees in handling high-stress situations and maintaining a competitive edge.

    • Providing a supportive space for high-performing individuals to transition from a defeated or depleted state to a more positive and productive one.

    • Equipping people with the skills to navigate the challenges and uncertainties associated with growth and scale.

    • Supporting individuals in systematic brain-and-behavior training to build the mental and emotional capacity required to achieve ambitious goals, handle transitions, turnarounds, and scaling.

    • Analyzing behavioral and company performance data to identify patterns and develop strategies for ongoing improvement.

  • The flexibility to work independently or complement other coaching practices and frameworks.
