The Energy Management Quotient (EMQ) is a ~45-minute reflective exercise that analyzes people’s responses to situations, as well as the relationship between their responses, to provide a roadmap of opportunities that will remove the behavioral and mental blockers that can impede them and unlock their full capacity and potential. We provide individual analysis reports for each employee as well as team or organizational reports so that you can understand how to create change at the cultural level. Opportunities fall into three categories.
